(The inspection fee includes the house section, a stand-alone garage & carport, garden shed and the house.
The house is based on having 1 - 3 or 4 - 5 bedrooms, two living spaces, two bathrooms / ensuite’s, kitchen, laundry etc.)

4-5 bedroom, single storey home
625.00 incl gst

* Additional charges would apply for older homes, more than one level, with additional living spaces, or service rooms, sleep-outs, studios or granny flats.

Meth Testing is now available. A basic positive/negative answer, on the spot results.
Cost start at $140 (incl gst) for the first two rooms, then $90 (incl gst) for every two rooms thereafter when a building inspection is carried out.
When booking online, please mention in our "notes" section your request for METH testing - we will quote accordingly.
