METH Testing
Evidential meth testing is available in addition to inspection services which gives a positive or negative result and report back with 24hrs, or we can organise lab based testing which may take up to 5 days and provides levels by area but is a more expensive process.
Cost guideline for evidential four room test is $200+gst, with additional two room multiples for an extra $80+gst.
When booking online, please request for METH testing in our 'Other notes' section of your booking indicated rooms to be tested and we will quote accordingly.

I am pleased to be offering Home Inspection and Building report services through the Whakatane district and surrounding region - up and down the coast through to Pukehina, across to the Rotoma’s including Kawerau and Edgecumbe and down through Opotiki to the East cape.
I am an experienced and qualified Tradesman Builder and Licensed Building Practitioner and have been working in and around the Building and Construction Industry for around 28 years as a builder, pre-purchase inspector and in project and contracts management around New Zealand and abroad.
As a homeowner and area local based in beautiful Ohope beach, I have a vested interest in providing professional pre-purchase inspection services to customers looking to buy or assess property in the area.
HABiT building reports can be presented back to clients within 24 hours of an on site inspection. A HABiT inspection offers peace of mind in knowing the condition of a property and any areas that may require attention in the near future, as well as providing a real time stocktake of the building itself and its chattels. From this clients are free to use the document to make an informed and accurate assessment of the property and use this for any purchase.
